Music City Property Maintenance was founded in 2019 by Philip Farmer on a simple idea: show up when you said you would, tell people the price, and clean up after. We do the basics the same way every time.
We're a licensed general contractor and have built new homes, so we know how a house goes together. Today we handle everything from small repairs and turnovers to HVAC, garage doors, pool service, and full remodels for homeowners, landlords, HOAs, and property management companies.
